For me, the value of coaching is that it’s individual and it’s focused. It takes all of your previous learning and training and channels it into tangible results. That’s what I love about team coaching. In a matter of hours I help you start moving past the blocks and into possibility. You’ll leave the session with a clear focus, shared vision and a handful of to do items you can go away and implement that very day.

There are a number of tools we can use depending on the desired outcomes and where the group is in their development. I collaborate with many coaches and facilitators depending on the location, size and need.

I am certified in Myers Briggss (MBTI® certified Level II practitioner, Psychometrics Canada Ltd.), a Level 2 Legacy Leadership® facilitator through Coachworks International and also use the Personal Coaching Styles ® Inventory as a tool for resolving conflict caused by different communications styles. I am the program lead for my trademarked NAIL IT!® Career Management Workshops & Seminars.
