Executive Coaching is focused on leadership and management development, and the achievement of organizational and professional results. Onboarding is a specialized form of coaching that supports newly promoted professionals to more quickly get “on board” through a comprehensive and methodical approach that creates clarity and alignment between individual and organizational goals and expectations.

Onboarding coaching is ideally an 8-12 month commitment with participation from the direct leader at the beginning, middle, and end of the process.

As the Executive Coach, I work on a retained basis and meet with the new employee in person and by phone 2-3 times per month. The goals of these sessions are to provide coaching support and guidance as the client works on their key areas of role success: building relationships, achieving business objectives, and creating leadership presence.
