Leading in a Virtual Workplace
“We’ve Got Your Back”
As we move past what I’ll call the novelty stage of the new virtual workplace, many organizations are now trying to look ahead, adapt and strategize on how to keep employees engaged and supported during what may be an extended period. During this time, many leaders are looking for specific advice and insight in a more time sensitive format. I am therefore offering on-demand virtual coaching packages. I have spent the past three decades supporting senior leaders in either a strategic communications or leadership coaching capacity as they navigate transitions. If you have a specific area you want to work on, I can help.
On May 5th, as part of #GivingTuesdayNow, I am offering complementary virtual one-hour strategy sessions to support leaders in all sectors of our community. Please forward this information to your network so they can contact me directly (firstname.lastname@example.org).
In the meantime, I interviewed one of my long-time clients and a leader in the tech sector here in Nova Scotia, Carrie Forbes, for her insight on what has worked to keep employees engaged in her organization’s transition to a virtual workplace. You can watch that interview below.
