“I really enjoyed the interaction with a smaller group. It was a great environment and allowed me to open my mind and challenge my thinking. I learned that if we want to create what we want, we need to step out of our comfort zone. Karen’s class gave me confidence in my ability to give my “wants” a voice – and thanks to that I now have a new position that I truly enjoy."
- Susan Fisher, Administrative Assistant, Government of Nova Scotia
"Karen's NAIL IT tele-class provided the tools to get to my ideal work environment. Karen challenges you to think differently, act boldly and take ownership for your thoughts and actions, then sit back and watch how the environment around you responds and, eventually, is transformed to meet your ideal."
- Michelle McKenna, Administrative Coordinator, Grant Thornton LLP
