I help motivated, energetic and dedicated people take their performance and experience at work to breakthrough levels.
Step One: Contracting
Here, we'll discuss the nature and scope of what you want to accomplish, relevant business issues, and confidentiality. We'll also establish duration, fees, and a regular session time. We'll then draft and sign a contract based on what we've discussed.
Step Two: Intake Session
This is our opportunity to reflect on and clarify goals for our time together. It is also an opportunity to start to define your values, what matters most and what's stopping you from reaching your goals. This session takes about one to two hours.
Step Three: Coaching Sessions
This is where the hard work - and rewards - really begin. I typically coach by phone, which offers my clients the most flexibility. Clients usually arrange two to three calls per month ranging from 40 to 60 minutes in length.
Coaching Defined
The International Coaching Federation defines Executive Coaching as an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.
My Role
I believe the role of an Executive Coach is to inspire, encourage and support the client through meaningful dialogue and questioning. As an executive coach I support you in moving out of your comfort zone toward greater success and fulfillment. I provide a confidential sounding board that tests your ideas; helps define your goals and maps out how you will achieve them. I keep you motivated, accountable and on track.
