I like using the Personal Coaching Styles Inventory™ self-assessment tool for this workshop and then customize the rest to fit your needs. This self-assessment identifies individual communication styles - Director, Presenter, Mediator, and Strategist. It is a great foundation tool to recognize the communication style distinctions in yourself and others; assess the way a person gives and receives feedback; learn how to match and connect with different styles; and understand how to form better relationships by improving communication.
